Classes We Teach

Holistic Flow Yoga

Linking movement with breath, a vinyasa flow class builds strength, stamina, and flexibility, with elements of philosophy, breathwork and meditation woven in. Yin & Restorative elements close the class to allow you to drift away feeling relaxed & renewed. Beginners are welcome to all classes.

Power Yoga

Yoga, but powered up!

Faster flows and strength focused poses, finished with deep stretches to relax. Leave feeling energised & empowered.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow practice, with passive poses being held for longer periods of time. Yin targets the deeper parts of the body - ligaments, joints, fascia etc, helping to increase strength & flexibility in a gentle way.

Restorative

Passive poses are held for up to 10 minutes with the support of props, allowing your body to melt into the space on your mat. Deeply relaxing and nourishing for mind and body. 

Styles of Yoga

Sian's yoga classes are held at April's Farm in Enham Alamein. A beautiful barn surrounded by fields, with horses, pigs and alpacas the only distraction to be found.

Yoga is your own practice and can be adapted to simplify or challenge yourself , depending on how you feel on the day. Whether it's your first time practicing or you've been practicing for years, everyone is welcome!

Your first class is half price with code "NEWBIE" at checkout, and with the refer a friend scheme, you can also join half price when you bring a friend. The more new friends you bring, the more half price classes you can enjoy!

Monthly Restorative & Nidra

Take an hour out once a month to find complete relaxation. 

Our bodies need to rest and recharge to counter our busy lives, and what better way than with restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

​

Yoga Nidra AKA Yogic Sleep is a guided body scan meditation. It is deeply nourishing and takes your brain waves to the relaxed space just before you fall asleep. Nidra has many benefits including helping to improve sleep quality and reduce stress.

Virtual Yoga Studio

Join the Aurora community online and practice whenever, wherever.

 

There is a library of over 200 classes ranging from quick 20 minute stretch sessions, to full 60 minute power flows, and everything in between. 

​

Plus, a new 30 minute class is added every week. If you can't make it to an in-person class, you can always catch us online!
